Published Research Articles in Nanotechnology and Cancer: the number of articles published per year has grown from less than 75 in 2003 to over 200 in 2008

Since the NCI Alliance for Nanotechnology in Cancer first formed, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of published research articles in this field. A search of the National Library of Medicine's database identifies more than 1,000 publications related to cancer and nanotechnology, with over half of them published in the last three years.
