Core A: Bioinformatics, Computation, and Image Analysis

Core Investigator: Jill Mesirov, Ph.D.
The goal of this Core is to make sophisticated bioinformatics tools and methods readily accessible to all CCNE members. Core personnel are available to assist with all experiments in a collaborative-type setting, and are also available for training purposes.

Core B: Animal Models/ Small Animals Imaging

Core Investigator: Matthias Nahrendorf, M.D., Ph.D.
The resource provides the larger Harvard/MIT research community with access to state-of-the-art in vivo imaging technologies.

Core C: Nanomaterials Fabrication/ Synthesis and Characterization

Core Investigator: Michael Rubner, Ph.D.
This Core is devoted to the design, creation, and fundamental understanding of materials.
