The NCI Alliance for Nanotechnology in Cancer actively participates in government, industry, and scientific meetings and events that foster discussions around the role of nanotechnology in cancer research. Below is a listing of current meetings where Alliance members and staff are playing key roles in organizing the events and presenting on new research developments.
- Webinar: "Application for Nanomedicine: New Strategies and Innovations to Understand, Treat, and Monitor Disease"
November 20, 2009 – February 3, 2010
A six-session ACCME accredited webinar series brings expertise from many fields at UC San Diego and it is intended to demonstrate how nanotechnology can enhance the diagnosis, monitoring and cutting edge treatments of cancer. This course illustrates applications of nanotechnology in cancer treatment that are soon to be available in a clinic near you.
